Jump, then test
The car is started from a booster pack, not jump leads off a stranger's car. Then the battery and the charging are tested with the engine running, so you know whether it was the interior light left on or a battery at the end of its life.
Start-stop cars
Cars with start-stop use AGM or EFB batteries, and the jump point is often under the bonnet rather than on the battery itself, which can be in the boot. The car is jumped from the points it was built with.
What it is not
Keys locked inside the car is a locksmith. Wrong fuel is a different van.
