A price is not a booking

Sending the form asks for a price. The job is booked when the price is agreed. There is no price list here, because a run-flat on Shooters Hill is not a puncture on Rye Lane.

At the car

Work is done where it is safe to do it. If the car is in a live lane, on a hatched box or somewhere the van cannot stop, it has to be moved first, or it becomes a recovery job. A tyre that should not be repaired is not repaired.

Where

The base is Lewisham / Catford. Nearby lists the SE codes this site writes about. If the car is somewhere else, you will be told so before anything is booked.
